Yes. JEWISHSTORE.COM uses a secure web server to handle credit card transactions. The information entered by customer is encrypted and then transmitted to our secure web server for customer safety.

What is your shipping and handling costs?

Shipping and handling cost is $5.95 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item. There are no shipping costs for additional items under $12.00.

Shipping cost outside of continental USA are slightly more. For these shipments, you will be notified of exact shipping and handling costs through email..

When do I receive my order?

We sell products from several states and Israel. Most items are in stock and shipped immediately. Other items will take 7 to 10 business days to receive. If it takes longer than three weeks, you will be notified through email. At that time you may either cancel your order through email or wait a little longer to receive your order.

When do you charge my credit card?

We charge your credit card when we ship your order. We do not charge you when we receive your order. This allows you to cancel your order if shipment is delayed.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for full refund within 15 days after receipt of goods. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We will replace any defective videocassette or audio tape/CD.
